JPT diagnoses each device individually to determine the condition of the device in order for our clients to be able to list them again accurately and avoid further returns.
1. Upon receiving the devices, we separate them by category, Manufacture, and Model.
2. Each device is checked for physical damage, internal damage, Software corruption, and even as simple a problem as damaged packaging.
3. Every device receives a unique code to identify the devices easily
4. Our client will have access to our web portal to monitor live updates on all there devices and a full history including detailed descriptions for each item which can be used for listings etc.
5. On our website you could choose if you would like us to ship the goods back to you or if you would like to send any of your devices to our repair team.

Unfortunately we are not authorised to repair devices under warranty in our own repair centres Due to every OEM having different regulations therefore we send all warranty devices out to third party centres that repair the devices based on our diagnostics.
There is a small charge in order to repair such large quantities in a timely manner.
The total charge you receive may vary based on diagnostics, third party costs and shipping costs.

If you are a retailer selling refurbished or second hand smartphones or electronic devices JPT will offer you a hassle free warranty service that you could provide to your customers, we will take care of all returns and check every device if it qualifies for warranty repair and provide a warranty length of your choice, devices not under warranty will be estimated directly to your customers, repaired and sent back directly, therefore removing any communication and making it hassle free.
If you choose to use our sister-company to sell your products, they are prepared to offer full service which will assure your products are sold at maximum profits in a timely manner avoiding any unnecessary expenses or delays. From handing over the products till receiving funds, clients will have no headaches what so ever, this service is offered for an additional 8%, (combined with stage C it’s a mere 20% final fee)
E-Commerce Agency Ltd sends a weekly detailed breakdown of all items which were sold, they will deduct the selling fees, third party fees, fulfilment fees and transfer all the due funds as prior agreed. E-Commerce Agency Ltd will take a one-off final fee which gets deducted once the products are sold.

We have a brand new system that provides a full diagnostics check for smartphone and tablet directly in your warehouse/depo. Diagnose your devices onsite to remove additional time, shipping costs and increase the sales value, we will install a professional system on site and provide training sessions on how to use our simple diagnostics system.
JPT's system will provide a full report of any device faults or a simple message indicating if anything is wrong with the device, you could diagnose up to 40 devices at once with an estimated time of 2 minutes per test, additionally if you are using any of our repair services, failed handsets could be reported directly to us so we don’t have to run any additional diagnostics when receiving the device for repair.
